This is where I tell you about myself and how awesome I am right? Let me skip the gross self-aggrandizement and tell you a few things about me that you wouldn’t know simply by looking at me.

Now that you have gotten to know me a little better, I hope I can help you ditch the dieting mentality and find out what your body is capable of.

If you’ve read this far, you’ve most likely started down a path of taking full responsibility  for your health. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t have a specific body image or physique to it. Those can be bonuses but if you’ve been using the scale and mirror as your main metrics of success, you’re probably feeling less than and lacking peace.

 

When was the last time you felt passionate, had a core purpose driving you forward, and fulfillment didn’t seem like a lost cause? At the core of what I do, that’s what I help my clients with.

Yes, we might customize workouts and dive into nutrition but becoming a coaching client of mine is deeper than those surface level “fitness tips”. 

 

I want to see you transform and sustain change. That means I actually LISTEN to you and we share vulnerable conversations that are two sided.

Many of my clients start with their goal of losing weight but that’s only the surface level desire. They really want to take back control of their life and reinvent themselves.

 

We work on limiting beliefs holding them back.  We find patterns in life that aren’t serving a life lived fully.

 

Creating a life where you have peace and aren’t always in agony of what food to eat or restrict becomes a new way forward. 

 

The day doesn’t start with a scale or a shameful look in the mirror.

 

I’ll help you get clear on who you are and how you want to live a healthy lifestyle you make the rules for, not society.

 

The tragic truth about the average person is the fact that they have no idea who they are or what they stand for.

 

They feel unworthy of success in many forms. Loneliness and lack any confidence are the norm.

This is why the right coaching and accountability is priceless.

Once my clients have absolute clarity about who they are and what they want to become, we create a plan, set goals, and take massive action to achieve them.
