A little about me...

I get it, life’s busy. Between work, family, and everything else demanding your time, fitness can feel like another task on an endless to-do list. That’s where I come in. I’ve made it my mission to help men, especially busy professionals over 40, reclaim their health without sacrificing the career success they’ve worked so hard for.

I’m not here to throw quick fixes or trendy workout programs your way. I know those don’t stick. Instead, I focus on creating personalized, sustainable habits that fit into your life. Maybe it’s a quick morning strength session before work, or a stretch-and-pray routine to unwind at night. Whatever it is, it works for you—and that’s what matters.


I know how easy it is to feel stuck. I’ve felt it myself. Whether it’s the guilt of missing workouts, confusion over conflicting fitness advice, or just plain burnout, I’ve seen it all and I help my clients work through it. We’ll tackle the mental roadblocks like self-doubt and overwhelm together, and you’ll gain clarity on what really matters.


Of course, I bring a few quirks to the table too. Like, I might sneak in a random Hispanic impression (it’s the Puerto Rican in me), or talk about my basketball obsession. And don’t get me started on how much I miss Jack in the Box tacos. But here’s the thing, I’ve been where you are, trying to balance life’s chaos while not losing myself. That’s why I know how important it is to have someone in your corner who truly listens and understands.
